We provide various logistics and trucking solutions across CA and beyond. These terms govern the relationship between our dispatch center and your cargo requirements.

2. Carrier Liability

Liability for cargo is strictly governed by the Carmack Amendment. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, but did you know that additional valuation is available for high-value loads? We're committed to protecting your assets from the moment of pickup to the final signature at the dock.

Our dispatchers at 2536 PEMBERTON CT are available to discuss specific insurance limits for fragile or non-standard freight. Don't leave your protection to chance.

3. Payment & Invoicing

Standard net-30 terms apply to all corporate accounts unless otherwise negotiated in your primary contract. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of dispatch services. We accept ACH, wire transfers, and major corporate cards.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that logistics plans change rapidly in today's market. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a "Truck Ordered Not Used" (TONU) fee. This helps us fairly compensate our drivers for their time and fuel.
